đą LE CHALLENGE: Leading the simultaneous national rollout of the new Odace range across more than 1,400 points of sale, combining mass production of sales support tools, sustainable logistics innovation, and on-the-ground support to engage installers.
đ THE RESULTS: Thanks to expert guidance, the IS Agency transformed Schneider Electric's strategic vision into a massive operational success.
The objective: to introduce the new Odace range, combining design, simplicity, and innovation.
The success of the Odace campaign in figures:
- A synchronized launch across 1,400 points of sale throughout France, meeting the launch deadline of October 2, 2025.
- Creation and design of 13 customized sales support materials (for stores, sales representatives, architects, etc.).
- Logistical power: 600,000 samples sorted, kitted, and installed.
- An eco-responsible roadshow: for six weeks, four 100% electric vehicles traveled across France, hosting more than 80 events at partner distributors and the brand's customers.
- Large-scale project management with a dedicated team of 5 experts for 9 months.
