📝PROJECT : COLAS TEAM CUP (3RD EDITION)

📢CHALLENGE : Production of the fourth edition of the Colas Team Cup for all employees of the Colas Group (international corporate event for the group's 55,000 employees)

👍RESULTS : Design, management, and deployment of this 4th edition. More than just an event, a powerful international initiative managed during 18 month and designed to unite employees from all corners of the globe.

4,200 participants worldwide for the qualifying phase, with local tournaments and selections. After a year of regional selections, 350 athletes and talents gathered in Croatia for the grand international final.

This large-scale project was structured around 360° project management and strategic pillars to guarantee the event's success:

• Digital: Development of a dedicated website and a customized registration system.
• Engagement: 9 months of intensive local qualifications worldwide.
• Sport: Overall technical management of the entire competition.
• Social: Continuous community management to engage the community.
  The heart of the event? Three disciplines to celebrate all talents: football ⚽, running 🏃‍♂️, and the Incredible Talents competition 🌟.
  
  A flawlessly executed international final 🇭🇷
  For this grand finale in Croatia, precision was key:
  
  
• Sport Management: Meticulous sports coordination and on-field competition management.
• 360° Communication: From live event management and branding to personalized merchandise.
• Coordination: Management of all local service providers and hospitality arrangements for 300 participants.
• Show: Artistic performances and the creation of a dedicated mascot.
• Endorsement: The exceptional presence of Robert Pirès, a powerful ambassador to motivate the team!
